南部鉄器のもう一つの魅力は、お茶を入れるときに分泌される鉄分にあります。
Nambu ironware is mainly made of iron, so when hot water is poured into the teapot, iron is secreted from the surface and dissolves into the hot water.
南部鉄器は主成分が鉄でできおり、そのため、急須の中にお湯を入れると表面から鉄が分泌されて、お湯の中に溶け込みます。
