本殿近くには「みたらし池」があり、美しい景観を作り出しています。
Near the main shrine, there is the Mitarashi Pond, which creates a beautiful sight.
下鴨神社の境内には楼門が建っています。21年ごとに解体・修理されて、色鮮やかさを保っています。
Within the precincts of Shimogamo Shrine stands the Tower Gate, which is dismantled and repaired every 21 years to maintain its vivid colors.

舞殿ではさまざまな行事の際に、能などの奉納を観ることが出来ます。
